Richard Brady, C Psychol, ACC

Richard founded Mentis in 2003 in London and is our Executive Chairman. Over three decades he has helped individuals, teams and organizations to identify talents, to grow and to develop. He is an expert in personality profiling, organizational networks, individual and team coaching and board advisory services. He has supported hundreds of multinational companies and consulting firms in his career – for 14 years living as an expat in the Arabian Gulf and now SE Asia. He holds a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Psychology and Organizational Psychology; and is a Chartered Psychologist – licensed in UK with HCPC. Richard is an executive coach credentialed by the ICF. He has acted as guest lecturer for several business schools including London Business School, Saïd Business School and Thunderbird School of Global Management. Richard is completing his PhD in psychological flexibility at Goldsmith’s, University of London. He leads the Mentis Network Academy as a highly experienced tutor – facilitating 500+ workshops for Hogan and others.

Andrew Salisbury

Andrew has played one of the central roles in driving the ambition of Mentis since joining in 2009 and was appointed as the CEO in 2017. An Oxford University graduate, Andrew has helped guide the international growth of the company and forged the expansion of its partner network across the globe. Influenced by the Agile principles, Mentis continues to pioneer the next generation of talent products, securing the company’s position at the very forefront of global talent technology and innovation. With over a decade of international experience, Andrew operates with an in-depth cross-cultural understanding with a unique skillset born of first-hand experience with global and local operations and customers. Andrew’s background in research, analysis and empirical evidence has optimized his approach to business and leadership. This has supported the organizations development of trusted strategies and partnerships that continue to provide long term operational excellence.

Alexandra Southcott RN, RM, IBCLC

Alexandra (‘Alex’) specializes in assisting clients in identifying competencies for roles, personality profiling, development feedback (including 360-degree), team training, coaching (for psychological flexibility and coping with pressure), competency based interviewing and organizational network analysis. She is committed to providing a caring, effective and professional service, with an emphasis on the importance of managing and ethics in practice. Able to connect with people at many levels of experience and background through her over 30 years of experience in the Health sector as a clinician, manager and facilitator. Her experience as a consultant is supported by an understanding of human responses to change, health and well-being, stress, pressure, thinking styles and emotions in the workplace and life in general. Alex holds a coaching certificate in Neuroleadership and is keen to provide a ‘person-centered’ approach to exploring options and helping people to achieve their best potential.  Alex is involved in the Mentis R+D department, supporting development and workshops for the Mentis Network Academy. 

Marcus Gee

Marcus joined the Mentis family in 2016 as an Organizational Psychologist and Consultant. Specializing in psychometrics and sociometrics; he has been a keynote speaker on the topics of personality and workplace networks at regional and international Organizational Psychology conferences. Through the practical application of evidence-based and ethical psychology, he has helped clients across the United Kingdom, Middle East, and South-East Asia to build powerful people networks. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Experimental Psychology, and is a recognised Practitioner of the Association for Business Psychology, working towards Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological
Society. Marcus began his career in Organizational Psychology at University College London alongside a number of leading academics in the field, where he co-authored a number of peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on topics such as employee motivation and performance, and personality in the workplace. As an experienced trainer for Network Centrality ® and Hogan Assessments, Marcus has delivered training to multinational private and public sector clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle-East and Asia.

Praveenuj Visvaporabutr

Praveenuj has first joined Mentis since 2017. She is a senior HR Consultant, bilingual trainer and coach with Hogan Assessment Feedback Certified who possesses unique and diverse backgrounds in talent management, learning & development, recruitment and business management. She brings over two decades of international MNC working experience covering marketing, sales, general management and P&L ownership. This includes extensive go-to-market and new businesses set-up track record for global brands in B2B and B2C environments, across SE Asia and beyond. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and an Executive MBA Program at Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University in Thailand which is a joint program with The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in USA. She is awarded Beta Gamma Sigma which is an invitation-only academic honor society that recognizes the most outstanding students of business at institutions accredited by AACSB International.

Praveenuj is valued for her collaborative leadership style, proactive initiative and keen ability to effectively translate strategy into tangible action plans that are implemented fully. She is passionate about human capital development with a longer-term goal to help companies drive business results through growing and engaging their most vital asset…people.

Bruce Hancock

Bruce, originally from New Zealand, joined Mentis in 2016 as a Consultant-leadership and team development. During that time he has supported the growth of leaders with a clear and concise delivery formula, including psychometric assessment, feedback analysis, and professional action plan immersion, enabling leadership and team growth, and resulting in positive business impact.

He is the founder of Naruna, leadership retreats, and has a professional background in Performance Psychology, Coaching, Counselling, a Passion Map facilitator, Hogan accredited, and has delivered keynotes to a variety of industries throughout his 25 career.

Bruce has been based in S.E. Asia for the past 20 years, designed and facilitated many workshops within the region and held executive roles in various industries.

When he isn’t busy with the work he loves, he is supporting local communities in the North of Thailand with a program he created 12 years ago, EarthCare, sustainable growth and community development.
